Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Standards
Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Standards
At NRI Meet, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms.
Our Policy on CSAE We strictly prohibit the creation, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:
Visual depictions of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Grooming: Content or behavior intended to establish a relationship with a child to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation.
Sextortion: Using sexual themes or imagery to blackmail or coerce a minor.
Sexual Trafficking: Content related to the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
Monitoring and Enforcement To ensure the safety of our community, NRI Meet employs the following measures:
Content Moderation: We use a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify and remove prohibited content.
User Reporting: Our app includes an in-app reporting mechanism, allowing users to flag suspicious behavior or illegal content immediately.
Account Termination: Any account found to be engaging in CSAE or distributing CSAM will be permanently banned from our platform.
Reporting to Authorities In compliance with global legal standards, EmwaveTech reports all identified instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where appropriate, to local law enforcement agencies.
